Return & Refund Policy

At Shyam Communication, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations may be accepted.

Note: All the approved exchange and replacement will be completed within 7 business days.

            Approved refunds will be credited within 7 Days.

 

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately.

2. Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The product received is defective upon delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories that were originally included.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used or physically damaged products caused by the customer.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

  • Products with missing original packaging.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • Subscription-based services already activated.

  • Repair and installation services that have already been completed.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through the contact details provided below.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Submit photographs or videos showing the issue, if requested.

  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

  • Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Charges already billed for the current subscription period are generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be provided only where required by applicable law.

8. Service Orders and Repairs

For repair services and service-based work:

  • Once the service has been completed, the service fee is non-refundable.

  • If a service cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to us, an appropriate refund may be provided.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policy, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
